Verify owner, site address, mailing address, parcel ID, alternate key and legal-description information before relying on values.

Property Research Can Differ Across Citrus County
Crystal River
City tax district, waterfront location, flood context and special assessments can make nearby parcels materially different.
Inverness
Confirm city or unincorporated tax district before comparing taxable values and estimated taxes with nearby property.
Homosassa
Waterfront and river-area parcels often require GIS, flood and recorded-document research in addition to the appraisal record.
Citrus Springs
Subdivision lots can have similar street patterns. Confirm parcel ID and subdivision before relying on an address-only search.
Beverly Hills
Special assessments may appear separately from ad valorem taxes, so taxable value alone may not explain the entire tax bill.
Rural Acreage
Agricultural zoning is not the same as agricultural classification. Review the property’s actual bona fide commercial agricultural use.
